Fabulous App Developer provides the 2Sets iPhone app. This policy explains how information is handled when you plan workouts, record progress, purchase access, and use features supported by advertising.
Workout information and photos
Workout preferences, schedules, weights, repetitions, notes, workout history, rest settings, and optional progress photos are stored locally on your device. These records are not uploaded to a 2Sets server or provided by us to advertising or purchase providers. Optional account profiles are handled separately as described below. This release has no workout cloud synchronization or online community. Device backups are governed by your Apple settings.
Optional Sign in with Apple and profile
You can use workout features without creating a 2Sets account. If you choose Sign in with Apple in Profile, Apple supplies an account identifier and, when you authorize it, your name and email address or private relay address. We do not receive your Apple password. Supabase provides authentication and stores your account, display name, username and optional profile thumbnail. Profile photos are separate from locally stored workout selfies. Account and profile information is used for authentication and profile functionality, not advertising, and is not publicly displayed in a community in this release. Session credentials are stored in the device keychain. Requests to the account service include technical connection information such as an IP address.
You can edit your profile, sign out, or select Delete Account in Profile. Account deletion removes the account, profile and uploaded profile photo and revokes its Apple sign-in authorization. It does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete your separately stored local workouts or Apple Health records. Local data can be removed separately in Profile. Contact us if you need help deleting your account. Service backups and operational logs may persist according to the providers' retention processes. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.
Optional Apple Health connection
On iPhone, 2Sets requests permission to write completed strength workouts to Apple Health, including their start and end times and duration. The iPhone integration does not read historical Health records. With your permission, the Apple Watch companion reads live heart-rate samples during your active workout, transfers them to the paired iPhone, and stores available samples locally with the workout. Cedar can speak a recent available reading once per circuit. Heart-rate readings are not sent to Supabase, advertising, billing or analytics services. They are general fitness information, not medical monitoring. Workout weights, repetitions, notes and progress photos are not exported to Health. We do not generate calorie or heart-rate estimates.
Automatic saving is off by default. Connect Apple Health in Profile and choose whether newly completed workouts save automatically, or save an individual workout from its recap after checking the duration. Existing history is never exported automatically. Workout data is not provided to our advertising, billing or analytics services and is not sold.
You can turn automatic saving off in Profile or revoke workout write permission for 2Sets in Apple Health. Deleting local 2Sets data or uninstalling the app does not delete workouts already exported to Health. Delete those records in Apple Health. Apple manages Health storage and any Health syncing you enable. Other apps may read saved workouts only if they support Apple Health and you grant them the relevant permissions. The companion Apple Watch app provides workout controls and live heart-rate readings when a paired iPhone is reachable. It does not separately save a duplicate Watch workout to Health. There is no direct Garmin or Fitbit integration.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes payments. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, manage access, and restore purchases. RevenueCat processes an app-specific user identifier, purchase receipts and transaction information, subscription status, and technical information needed to provide these services. We do not receive your payment-card details. Workout records and progress photos are not sent to RevenueCat.
Read the RevenueCat Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.
Advertising
Standard membership, including an eligible free trial, includes Google AdMob advertising. Premium and Lifetime access do not request ads while their ad-free entitlement is active.
Google's advertising services may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device or app identifiers, advertising interactions, diagnostic information, and performance data. These services use information to deliver and measure ads, maintain their services, and prevent fraud.
2Sets requests non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads can still involve data collection and storage. We do not provide your workout records, notes, or progress photos to Google for advertising.
Read the Google Privacy Policy.
Your advertising choices
Where applicable, privacy and consent messages are presented through Google's User Messaging Platform. You can review available choices through Ad Privacy Choices in the app. Depending on your region, these may include refusing consent, withdrawing consent, or opting out of the sale or sharing of information for targeted advertising.
If an iOS tracking permission request is presented, you may decline it. Declining tracking or advertising consent does not remove your purchased workout access. You can manage iOS tracking permissions in your device Settings.
Camera, notifications, and audio
Camera access is optional and used when you choose to take a progress selfie or profile photo. Choosing a profile thumbnail uploads that selected photo to the private account storage described above. Workout selfies remain local unless you choose to share them. You may decline camera access and still track workouts. Optional local notifications alert you when rest ends. Spoken workout cues do not require microphone access, and 2Sets does not record your voice. Permissions can be managed in iPhone Settings.
Music and external services
Music shortcuts open the third-party music service you choose. 2Sets does not access your music account. External websites, music services, Apple, and other providers handle information under their own policies.
Support communications
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending sensitive health information or payment-card details.
Retention and deletion
Local workout information remains until you delete it. Use the data-deletion option in Profile to remove local app data. Copies in device backups are controlled by your Apple backup settings.
Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase records to operate subscriptions, restore access, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Google retains advertising information under its policies. We retain support communications as needed to handle requests and meet applicable obligations.
Deleting local app data does not cancel a subscription or automatically delete information held by service providers. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information processed on our behalf.
Privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We may need information to verify and locate your request. Exercising privacy rights does not remove purchased access.
Children
2Sets is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
